We carry out quality control from raw material sourcing to final product inspection. Our QC process includes material checking, stitching inspection, logo inspection, hardware inspection, finished product checking and packing inspection. We provide an 18-month quality assurance period from the date you receive the goods.

We provide OEM and ODM custom bag manufacturing services, including material selection, structure design, logo customization, hardware, lining, packaging and private label solutions. Our team helps designers, brands and companies turn bag ideas into finished products.

Our regular MOQ is 200 pieces per style, based on your customization requirements. For special materials, complex structures, custom hardware or private label packaging, the MOQ may vary.

For bulk orders, we usually require a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% balance before delivery.

Sample production usually takes about 7 days. Bulk production usually takes 30–40 days, depending on order quantity, material availability, logo process and design complexity.

Yes. We provide samples before bulk production so you can confirm the material, size, structure, logo effect and overall workmanship before placing a mass order.

Yes. If you do not have your own shipping agent, we can arrange door-to-door delivery. If you already have a freight forwarder, we can also work with your agent to find a suitable and efficient shipping solution.

Please send us your bag type, size, material, color, logo artwork, quantity, packaging requirement and target delivery date. If you have a design drawing, reference photo or sample, we can provide a more accurate quotation.
